Introducing Eldfell L3, Taiko's latest testnet that pushes the boundaries of scalability for Ethereum. This experiment incorporates "Inception Layers", a unique feature that allows Taiko to function as an L3 (Taiko on Taiko), essentially a rollup on a rollup!

By deploying Taiko on Taiko itself, the possibilities for scalability and flexibility expand exponentially. Eldfell L3 also introduces a new staking-based proving design, aimed at testing new economic models for the network.
