The Manta Ecosystem Grants Program is designed to support projects that help Manta with activity, ecosystem growth, and Web3 & Web2 user acquisition by using Manta’s frictionless user infrastructure and toolkits to bring Web3 decentralized privacy and onboard large-scale Web2 applications onto Web3. TalenTale is a Web3 application built on the CySo protocol, enabling anyone to mint their professional expertise, skills, and personal connections into TalenTale NFTs (Talentcards), which can be later sent or traded. Followers and content creators deeply connected in this process, and the TalenTale platform gives the proceeds back to the value creators throughout.
In our platform, you are free to create your own valuable content in forms of NFTs. These NFTs will be self-governed, and will increase in value over time as you establish your professional identity further. Only a limited amount of Talentcards will be minted for each creator, but once their trading volume rise to a certain level, these NFTs will split as aforementioned.
When someone purchases Talentcards, we collect a small platform fee, and the rest of the proceeds go to the creators.Creators would also gain a percentage of the creator fee in any transactions in the secondary market instead of handing it out for free to centralized platforms, which is the case in Web2.
